Davao International Coffee Trading Corporation (DICTCO) and Mrs. Marivic are forging a partnership to augment the growth of Arabica coffee farms and enhance production facilities in Mt. Apo. We aim to conscientiously and sustainably generate premium-grade products while ensuring fair wages. In addition, this partnership seeks to foster collaboration within the local coffee community, positioning Mt. Apo Arabica coffee on the global stage. The ultimate goal is to uplift local farmers’ livelihoods while enriching the overall coffee industry in the region.
Marivic Dubria & Mt. Apo Farmers
Ms. Marivic Dubria, a Davao Coffee Producers Alliance member boasting numerous accolades, is a renowned specialty coffee producer. She has been a critical contributor to sustainable specialty coffee farming and has enhanced BACOFA’s coffee production since 2016, sharing her knowledge with Balutakay farmers.
In 2019, Ms. Dubria’s expertise gained recognition when she won the “Best Tasting Coffee” title in the Philippines. A year prior, she represented the country in an international coffee competition, securing an impressive 2nd place and increasing the demand for green coffee beans.
Our partnership with Ms. Marivic creates an equitable environment for Mt. Apo farmers, ensuring they receive a fair portion of profits and improved living and working conditions. As a result, the Dubria Coffee Farm, perched 1,500 meters above sea level, has consistently produced superior Arabica coffee since 2016.
Our production process is meticulous. Each batch of coffee is handpicked at peak ripeness, naturally processed, and then carefully roasted. This level of particular care allows us to maintain complete control over the quality and consistency of each batch, thereby maximizing its flavor potential.

BERNARD GUSMAN
CEO / Founder/ Partner / Head of Business Operations in Davao City
Mr. Gusman, a prominent leader in Davao City, brings a wealth of experience from his 25-year tenure in Honolulu. His leadership roles include serving as President of Manila and Hawaii Auctions Markets and as Development Officer at Keller Williams Fort Bonifacio Real Estate, where he wore multiple hats as a Director, Educator, and Trainer. Known for his organizational and creative prowess, Mr. Gusman has a proven track record of transforming teams into powerhouses.
In his role at DICTCO, Mr. Gusman employs a visionary approach. He focuses on leadership and development, coaching individuals to recognize their strengths and foster a winning mindset. In addition, he provides unyielding support and guidance, creating a stable environment in a competitive industry. Mr. Gusman is well known for his contributions to business operations, start-up funding, and pioneering spirit.

Executive Vice President / Founder/ Partner of the Corporation
Mr. Lee serves as the Executive Vice President of Davao International Coffee Trading Corporation while also holding the position of Principal and Owner of a Construction Contracting Company based in Honolulu, Hawaii. His diverse portfolio extends to the hospitality industry, where he has roles as Owner/Proprietor and General Manager of bars and restaurants. His clientele comprises homeowners of multi-million-dollar residences and top-tier corporations, a testament to his meticulous work and professional expertise leading to the successful execution of projects.
